I agree the choice barely matters. One thing to bare in mind regard Jaedar's point on upgrading is that when the next generation of DDR comes out, the old generation always seems to get more expensive (presumably because they stop making it).

Seems pretty exorbitant to me but to each their own. I don't know what consumer protection laws are like where you live but I would assume that your 3 year warrantee would cover things like explosions.

I believe inno setup allows you to package and execute built executables so you could simply write your script in whatever programming language you prefer and then bundle it into the installer to be executed on installation.

The code defines a lot of the low level functions and core functionality (graphics, pathfinding, user input, etc). The scripts defined most of the game logic (weapon stats, mission scripts, ai l...

Actually tick is kind of middling in terms of severity. At least you know it's limited to being called once per game loop per instance. Compare that to a low level utility function.
