Re: Revison and TNM
Ah, remove the TNM ogg path too and you probably need to prefix the tnm weapons with tnm. like tnm.weapontnmpistol

Re: Deus Ex Revision is 2 days away
I'm pretty sure he had ClassicLighting off, as it looks as the bottom picture. And sure it's not a big difference between the d3d9 and d3d10 with ClassicLighting=true, D3D9 version has a bit more contrast. Anyway, that's what we wanted anyway.

Re: Deus Ex Revision is 2 days away
Yes, but it's all about the final experience. This is for instance a render comparison between D3D9 that the mod was developed with (top), D3D10 with ClassicLighting=True (mid) and the bottom D3D10 with ClassicLighting=False. We intended people to experience it like it's at the top, with a brightnes...

Re: Revison and TNM
Don't forget to add the same paths under [RevisionInternal.LaunchSystem]. Also make sure there isn't a DXOgg.u in TNM\System or regular System.

Re: Deus Ex Revision is 2 days away
Well they are not optional, they are part of the experience. If you want to judge the experience you do that as a whole, if you start picking stuff apart its not the thing we imagined. We picked and adjusted certain textures and meshes because of how they look in NV and HDTP. So that renders at leas...

Re: Deus Ex Revision is 2 days away
Wow, just saw a minute or so of that video. How about actually using the default settings and not switching to D3D10 with horrible lighting? And not having New Vision turned off? It's like making a painting and then have someone go in and look at it with anaglyph 3D glasses and complaining about how...

Re: Deus Ex Revision is 2 days away
Also pretty interesting they got their mod on Steam. I once asked them, obviously blatently ignored. I suppose there's some consolidation in Aspyr making Workshop support primarily to easily add our mod to the game though, but I still wonder how Revision actually got up this prominent way... Well J...

Re: HDTP beta
HDTP and Human Renovation both overwrite the same file, DeusEx.u as that's now it's done in the DX community. Haven't read Human Renovation's readme but I assume it's being installed into the DeusEx\System folder. Since there is one DeusEx.u for HDTP in DeusEx\HDTP\System and one in DeusEx\System th...

Re: RESTRICED AREA
Probably not since he removed the source files and moved on, however if we could get a thread going about all the "errors" in New Vision that would be great, then at least we could try and fix them for Revision (and maybe even patch New Vision ourselves).

Re: HDTP beta
My recommendation is to start from a fresh install, then download and install New Vision, and then download and install HDTP Release 2. Then update Kentie's launcher to the latest one, and install Human Renovation. Don't remember how the load order works, but easiest way to get stuff working is just...

Re: HDTP beta
What is "story bug fix v2", do you mean "Deus Ex v2"? Cause in that case it's not compatible, all mods that overwrite DeusEx.u (or any other file for that matter) will not be compatible with each other as they are replacing the same file. Now some mods like Shifter, Biomod, HuRen have implemented HD...

Re: So I'm making a mod
Our DXOgg works with UED2, it's not that hard. Just make a separate version of the src and delete all the actual code except for structs, enums, variables and defprops and you are good to go. Or just download my version here (with "source"), it also comes with my music trigger but since that isn't i...

Re: New Vision In Multiplayer.
First of all the textureimport class have mismatched names (file name and class name are not the same) also give everything unique names since possibly all names are global with all packages loaded. Also what editor are you checking for the class in? If UED2 then that won't work since they have thei...

Re: Require help with Deus Ex Editing pack 2
You change the draw mode? There are buttons on the top of the viewport for this.
