Re: Great Steam Sales

still can't believe they're not picking it up for a sequel... <_<

Seriously I didn't encounter a single game stopping bug, or crash throughout my time in AP - even the texture pop-in was not nearly as bad as it was made out to be... sigh...

Re: Great Steam Sales

Oh I loved AP. It really hit home what a crappy spy I'd be. I seemed to come up with a perfectly good justification for letting almost every badguy live ("a useful contact! A man on the inside! A favour!" etc etc) and then ended up killing everyone I worked for. :-/ lol, I know it was almost to eas...

Re: Great Steam Sales

just beat Alpha Protocol for the first time - absolutely loved it, and am going to play it through one or two more times in the future. I focused on stealth and pistols as well as diplomacy. Spoiler: I made good friends out of most of the main characters throughout and left Leland on the island to a...

Re: Movie Thread 2.0

Troll Hunter was awesome!!! Much better than the other movie I watched right before it - Super 8. Super 8 wasn't terrible but it felt like Indy4 - it had all the right camera shots and it felt like it could have been an epic Speilberg project from the late 70s early 80s - but it just fell flat. Rely...

Re: What are you playing?

New Vegas maybe slightly buggier than FO3 but it is a hell of a lot more fun to play.

I'm thinking of playing through either Ultima Underworld 1 or 2 right now :)

Re: Radiohead Bodysnatchers

right on thanks Kee!!! :) The lyrics for ours changes slightly from theirs (it is much easier to understand them if you read them beforehand - goes for all Radiohead music since OK Computer). BODYSNATCHERS (Heavy Jack Lyrics) Bodysnatchers... I do not understand What it is, I've done wrong Full of h...

Re: Cyberia (Old Cyberpunk Adventure Game)

playing Cyberia right now - and am enjoying it immensely in spite of the terrible linear gameplay, stiff acting, and cheesy arcade bits. There is just something endearing about these old games. Playing games from the 90s is like watching movies from the 80s - some are just so of the times (Cyberia),...

Re: Movie Thread 2.0

I just saw a preview for Troll Hunter in the last little while Jonas, definitely looking forward to seeing it.

I just watched Peep World with Michael C. Hall, Sarah Silverman, and Rainn Wilson - it had some great subtle laugh moments, pretty good.
