Re: Please rate my dancing in this vid lol
I’m no dancer, but I give it an 8/10. This vid is special, it oozes a sense of Freedom, some nonchalance , too. Sounds like your were happy when you did it. But seriously what the Hell did you smoke on that day ? Maybe you were in love or something ? Since you were so eager to share something perso...

Please rate my dancing in this vid lol
Hello friends
This is my freestyle dancing, all done in one take, and then edited a bit.
Also, most of the songs will be quite girly, but it's all g, it's all in the spirit of dance.

Can someone explain this article about bonds to me?
http://www.madhedgefundtrader.com/the-bond-crash-has-only-just-started-2/ So in the article it says: The 30-year Treasury bond suffered horrific losses during the May rout, with yields rocketing from 2.5% to 4%. That means it has already lost its coupon for the year, and then some. Bondholders can e...

Re: Question about inflation/deflation and debts
I'm a bit confused as to why you think expenses are fixed? Mortgages are frequently variable rate. Gas/Water/Electricity are all subject to inflationary increases. Food certainly is. Your entire opening question asks why these things are fixed, and the answer is: they're not. Well in The Undercover...

Re: Question about inflation/deflation and debts
Given that, wouldn't inflation be a good thing in terms of your house price? Your house price stays the same but you now have more currency to pay it off with. As someone with a mortgage, isn't inflation exactly what you want? Does it really matter about the state of currency if your currency can pu...

Question about inflation/deflation and debts
So I can understand that during a deflationary period that the amount you earn goes down and prices go down proportionately (for the most part) and then the opposite is for inflation. What I don't understand is why your expenses, say your mortgage, electricity, gas etc stay the same. Why aren't thes...

Greetings friends My friend and I bought a van and wish to start a salad business with it. Basically we would prepare the salads at the kitchen, package them, and then transport them with our van to the location. We would sell these salads straight for the fridge for about 3 hours or so. The fridge ...

Re: Hello friends, can you recommend me some economics books
You thought I wouldn't update this thread but here I am! Frozen Desires: An Inquiry into the Nature of Money Was quite a boring book and after about 50 pages I stopped. A Farewell to Alms: A Brief Economic History of the World Was a very good book, even if it can seem quite cold at times in it's des...

During the rennaissance, societies were centered around indentured servitude, where people were permanently tied to their place of birth and forced to work insane ho...
