The OICW got cancelled until design problems could be fixed and got split into the XM8 Assault Rifle and the XM25 Assault weapon/Grenade Launcher. No weapon systems in developed countries is 45 years old, and certiantly wouldn't be at the height of technology. i am aware but sevrel items in the DX ...

if you were looking to remove a skill (but your not) i'd say fuse demlitons and hevey anyways as for inprovements lockpicks/mutitool/medkit skills make the 2nd and 3rd upgrade do more Enviro i dislike the "Expendable" concpt and the fact that When you get into a fire fight it takes too long to equip...
