Post TNM textures etc to UnrealEd
Hey.
I'm like to know that how can I add TNM textures and other "items" etc to UnrealEd so I can use them in maps? And that I can for example load the PDX HQ map in unrealed as I can't right now? And I can add scaras, kashues etc to maps? My UnrealEd now has only the Deus Ex things in it to use, right :-s ?
So can someone tell me how to add the TNM SDK stuff to UnrealEd?
They would be very good when I make some TNM stuff in UnrealEd.

Thanks!

Add this to the bottom of your EditPackages list in DeusEx.ini (just search for EditPackages and make sure the following lines are beneath "EditPackages=IpServer":

EditPackages=caroneelevatorset
EditPackages=DXOgg
EditPackages=precipitation
EditPackages=UWindow
EditPackages=UMenu
EditPackages=TNMNative
EditPackages=TNM
EditPackages=TNMItems
EditPackages=TNMDeco
EditPackages=TNMText
EditPackages=TNMCharacters
EditPackages=TNMDataVault
EditPackages=TNMConvos1
EditPackages=TNMConvos2
EditPackages=TNMGUI

Then just copy TNM_Core_Tex.utx and TNM_Misc_Tex.utx from the TNM Textures folder to the regular Textures folder. I think that does it.

Hey, um...
I added the packages to deusex.ini like you said, but when I try to start unrealed it says "cannot find edit package 'caroneelevatorset'
History: UEditorEngine::Init <- InitEngine

So I can't use unrealed.
What should I do?
In my deus_ex\TNM\system folder I do have the CaroneElevatorSet.um at least that's what I found...

Hey...
I added the files that I also added as EditPackages=blahblah in deusex.ini in deus_ex_\system from tnm\system, for example tnm.u, dxogg.u... and the TNM textures are in deus_ex\textures. I have done everything that was supposed to :o...
But now, when launching UnrealEd it still says like:

"warning: failed to load 'TNM': Can't find IntProperty in file 'IntProperty ConSys.ConEventAnimation.play"... (rest of I can't see)
"warning: failed loading package: Can't find IntProperty in file 'IntProperty ConSys.ConEventAnimation."...

It's weird because I did put TNM.u in deus_ex\system. Or is it about it?

And it kinda crashes.

Do I have to add MORE things from TNM\System to deus_ex\System? More than the ones that were said in editpackages? For example should I add "UBrowser.u" or "TNMConvos1AudioBarks.u"?

This is quite weird...

I'm sorry, I must be bothering you so much :/... But this thing is giving me a headache...
And I know you TNM guys are experts in this stuff :).

Well as long as you keep asking really easy questions, I'll be happy to answer.

Our consys.u is modified, it's not the same as Deus Ex's standard consys.u. So, in your regular system folder, rename Consys.u to something else, then copy our Consys.u in there from TNM\System.
