Anyone have a SA account and want to be our PR ambassador? This thread has recently been brought to our attention and it's driving me absolutely bonkers that some of them seem to be under the impression that a trailer from three years ago represents the final quality of the mod. Yes, it's extremely OCD of me, but I can't help it

Extremely OCD. Who cares about SA goons? The only thing they've given the internet is a Yahoo Answers parody video and a memetic echo chamber. Maybe someone has paid 9.95$ USD to bring TNM to the unwashed masses

I might not be helping the PR effort with this post . Still, I think something awful is.

SA's the largest forum on the internet and almost everybody goes unnoticed unless you post something monumentally stupid or monumentally awesome. Post your furry fanfic and get a callout, Narxysus?

I just read that whole SA thread.

I had no idea so many people hated tongue-in-cheek humor. It must be some Deus Ex expectation thing. 99 percent of the people unfamiliar with the mod are expecting a totally dead serious story. Can't just have fun with a premise. Or that's just how SomethingAwful is.

I guess what surprises me even more is that they're complaining about internet humor on a forum that is the mother of nearly half of all internet humor in existence.
