So, is this a free download, or 5 pounds for a posh disc?
Paul, I know you said no phone messages, but South Street's going up in smoke. We'll have to meet at the subway station.

Yey! Arkham Asylum and TNM music in the very near future. Life can't get much sweeter. Entertainment wise at least. lol.

Re: How about that uncut music release?
Just to clarify, is this going to be the best of the TNM tracks with endings and such, or all of the TNM tracks with endings and such?
Also, is the above use of the definite article correct? (By which I mean, is "the The Nameless Mod tracks" a proper grammatical construction?)

Re: How about that uncut music release?
Shit. I hope you are not asking me lol.
Edit: That's in regard to the grammar enquiry.

Re: How about that uncut music release?
It's going to be as many of them as we could fit on two CDs. Mainly ambient tracks though, but in many cases combat, conversation and/or death tracks have been mixed into the ambient tracks. They will all have proper endings, though in a few cases we've had to just fade them out, much to my displeasure.chris the cynic wrote:Just to clarify, is this going to be the best of the TNM tracks with endings and such, or all of the TNM tracks with endings and such?
I have been troubled by that question for many years. Also, is the above use of the definite article correct? (By which I mean, is "the The Nameless Mod tracks" a proper grammatical construction?)

Re: How about that uncut music release?
I will buy the two-track CD to compliment my physical copy of The Nameless Mod. Which, on another note, I have to give that and my original Deus Ex install CD to my digital lecturer (he wants to borrow it lol).
Also, I believe "the The Nameless Mod" is grammatically correct only if the word "The" in The Nameless Mod is considered apart of the name. Which, I believe it is, as we don't call it "the Nameless Mod" but we call it "The Nameless Mod".

I was thinking that when The Nameless Mod is the subject or object it would just be The Nameless Mod with no additional the, but when it is used as a pseudo adjective to modify something like "the tracks" or "the developers" the result would be "the The Nameless Mod tracks" and "the The Nameless Mod developers" respectively.~Psychotic~ wrote:Also, I believe "the The Nameless Mod" is grammatically correct only if the word "The" in The Nameless Mod is considered apart of the name. Of course the entire thing could be avoided by using the genitive case:
The Nameless Mod's tracks or The Nameless Mod's developers.

I prefer to just use the acronym: the TNM soundtrack for example
