I find eating helps. Drinking water used to keep me awake but I became immune to that, so now if I'm really tired I have to be eating some kind of dry cereal or trail mix or something :p

Cold pizza used to be my carb of choice when working late. Lot's of coffee also, not instant though; a quadruple espresso would do it. Unlike Jonas if I eat too much sugar I get sleepy.

You don't need an espresso machine for normal coffee, you need some ground coffee beans, a kettle, and a coffee filter.

What's coffee spread? If it's what I think it is, then that's an affront to nature too!

I hate Black Coffee, I prefer it with Creamer and Sugar.
