Just shoot it first, then lift the uranium sticks out through the beams. Physical world adhered to, no multitools wasted.

Yeah wrong area
you have to find the thread room. there's an entrance to the left, not the one to the lava caves, with some rocky stairs. Go up until you see an abonded building. See the vent thingy with a ladder and go down it plus another one and you should find it. Do as Evil suggests, either one, and the elevator should work. it's easier going through the vent in the WC car park, however since you asked. Remember that room with electricity and dead greasles? There's a tunnel not far from there that will eventually get you there but if you haven't a re breather you are in trouble Growing old is inevitable.......Growing up is optional
