I used to believe that too...but now I know better! It's all about the "equipment".
Although my monitors only are 6,5"....I also have 6x10" and 1x15"...

...anyways I can see on the audio list that the Slums outro still is missing...that's a mistake - I finished it long time ago...so here is it: www.ahmatron.com/FC_Slums_Outro-01.ogg

(Trestkon is flying away in a helicopter)

...oh and welcome Brian

Heya! cool teammates,

The finished music track for the Intro Cinematic is up on the server. And the link is here.
Sadly I didn't get to check it ingame because it's too late, and I'm not sure the shitty vga card that I have installed will run TNM/Deus Ex. So I'll check it tomorrow.

Have fun

Awright! I just listened to it seperately (I'll check it in-game the moment I get off from work), but I really love how you mixed the WorldCorp theme and the Goat theme into it. And the EVIL bit at the end is hilariously over the top, it suits the scene really well.

I'll let you know how it works in-game :D

Okay Leo, I've listened to it in-game. First of all: Fantastic job. It feels really cinematic and awesome. It is full of goodness.

There is a volume issue, however. From the first shot of the WorldCorp building (just before we cut to the lab where the scientist is being chased by a Man In Black) and until the end, the music is a bit too loud, to the point where it almost drowns out the voices. It was too quiet before, but now it's too loud. I know, I'm very hard to please, I'm sorry, but could you mix it down just a notch? If you have an opportunity to install our beta so you can hear the music in-game, I recommend you do that - just overwrite the old WIP with your new Intro.ogg. I'll throw you a link and the login details if you want to do that.

Otherwise it's perfect. Truly fantastic work. I love how varied it is, and how it manages to be really well timed to the images without latching too tightly on to any particular event.

The new mix is up since Friday, same link (here)

I also uploaded the track into the PACKAGES music folder.

Sidenote:
Jonas, I checked the track on a macbook pro today, and I couldnĀ“t hear the electric bass either. It seems my mix fix was unsuccessful in that regard, so I`ll tweak it again tomorrow.

Fantastic stuff, Leo! Oddly enough, I've never really listened to the whole convo track (which I've now done) and it's amazing, too!

Er, hello, remember me...... ;)

I suddenly became inspired today and did these:

http://thenamelessmod.com/teamftp/PACKA ... mbient.ogg

http://thenamelessmod.com/teamftp/PACKA ... _Death.ogg

Went slightly mad with the ambient; I know you sai it was a short map, but I got carried away to over 7 minutes!

Anyway, Hope you like them / still need them? And sorry for huge silence from me.

It's highly unlikley I'll do much else; I know you had me down for re-doing the MCR stuff, and it's still sitting as a reminder for me, so you never know!

Cheers.
