Wait, actually... I notice Beyond Compare labels the [OpenGLDrv.OpenGLRenderDevice] line as having "Unimportant Differences". I guess they're not that unimportant after all? I have no idea how to make it tell me exactly what the difference is, though :S

Hahah! Nick noticed there's a space after [OpenGLDrv.OpenGLRenderDevice] in the .ini that the installer writes. Removing it seemed to fix the problem! Try it out
