It's amazing! The detail is just too awesome. And Dave did it all by his onesies? Madness...

Hell, if he periodically updates it the mod may reach 1 million hits overtime.

The first DX game has also been boosted into the top 20 list on moddb, we may experience a community revival of old and new players here :P

Well, that might happen anyway purely from HR. I was on ModDB and decided to check on some of the mods I've uploaded, and found that Redsun 2020 had been claimed back by Senju, one of the original developers for it (I think).

The UK version? Just had a look and all I can find in stores is the December version (I assume this was probably November's issue?) - don't suppose you have a copy and could take a picture?

Yeah it was the November version; It had Skyrim on the cover.
Hold on, I'll take a pic on my phone and try posting it.

That's really cool - thanks for taking a picture of it. I know a French and German magazine contacted me about including it on their cover disks, but I don't recall PC Gamer UK contacting me. Might have picked up a copy had I known (though it's something like £6.50 now isn't it?)

The November Edition didn't come with a Disc.
They decided to make the magazine longer as a result. I don't know if they carried that on for the December copy because I haven't seen it yet.

It cost me £5.99.

I'll check if they do as I have to go shopping out soon. I hope they have a disc this issue. I would hate for them to stop now since I finally have decent specs to run the stuff they put on the DVD'S.

Ahh. Well, they've included all the same stuff in the mag and just given links. It's not so bad.

Given that modern game demos can be up to 1gb each, cover discs are probably impossible to make in the same way nowaday. Plus it saves money, and game magazines need money quite badly.
