Not really. There was a bit of work done at the end of August, a lot more common textures between levels (namely, pretty much all the doors) are done now and I'm going through many textures and sharpening them. But between moving to Uni and having no internet connection, I haven't had chance to work on it much of September.

Work is just resuming now.

Hey hey guys!! :D

Hey Dave, sorry for the lack of updates from my part! So busy here, still settling my ass in this new country.

Anyways, I've made most of the textures you asked. I'm sending them to you on MSN next week, so please get another batch ready for me.

Cheers guys! :) Hope you enjoy this

Awesome [HP]. Maybe you can slip a little more Deus Ex into Crysis 2, eh? Nobody will notice! ;)

I took a look at some of the art on http://www.helderpinto.com/ . That leather chair is a thing of beauty and realism, where it's easy to think of smooth leather texture, leather smell, and what it would feel like to sit on. The Old Radio is a very cool idea, where the shining smooth wood on the front brings up tactile memories and the inside makes me think about resoldering.

They haven't said much about Crysis 2. Clearly someone working on it is awesome.

DoSex up Crysis 2 if you can :)

Have you even seen Crysis 2, it's jaw dropping!
Paul, I know you said no phone messages, but South Street's going up in smoke. We'll have to meet at the subway station.

So does this mean that the final New Vision will come someday or not?

That is great news, I don't want the demo, I want to experience it as a whole.

The moment New Vision is done it will be possible to make a standalone, free TNM installer using a mix of the Deus Ex Demo and New Vision resources. (For TNM I suspect all we need is CoreWaterTex.utx actually)

I was already rather anticipating the mod anyway, but the concept of free-for-everyone TNM makes me all kinds of excited.
