Where is the PartyZone coded safe?

I completed the DJ's quest and he gave me a code for a safe, supposedly containing medkits for the bouncers, but I can't find it. I found an 80% locked cabinet in one of the second floor offices, but it didn't have a keypad anywhere nearby, and when I lockpicked it to see what was in it, there was two medkits, some ammo, and some weapon mods.
