No Lockpick/Multitool Possible?

Post by Quincel »

I'm trying to complete TNM without these two items, and I think I'm stuck. Getting into the underground section of ABI means getting into the offices through the front door or the roof door. The front door has a keypad lock. The roof door has the same or needs lockpicks. And getting the code of the mexican skinner needs a multitool to disable the lasers. Am I missing something, or is it just not quite possible?

(You also need 4 multitools for the shadowcode section, but that is only PDX and isn't using multitools in the traditional manner I guess)

Kill Hao (the mexican wrestler) or knock him out and take the code off of his body ;)

I never considered such a dastardly approach! Nice one. The shadowcode thing, is there a workaround there too? Or is the solution just to use the 4 multitools provided in the area and be done with it.

Um... they're for the lasers, right? You could just EMP them I think. You probably can't hit them with the EM Pistol, but if you save enough EMP grenades that should do it.

I mean the bit at the end to open up the top level with the computer storing him in it.

The four "fuse" boxes? Unfortunately I think you've got to multi-tool those.
