Disable Annihilation Plants

I banned Ryan!! Now, I'm on a quest to find the 4 buttons to disable the annihilation plants. I found one red button in the Annihilation Farm area, assuming that is one of them. But can't identify (find) the other three. What am I missing? Am I in the right place? A little guidance would be appreciated.

As I recall: the buttons are spread all about the room, some of which are a little hard to get to/find.

One's on the roof of the room where you entered, one's in the vent shafts underneath the floor (guarded by mini-aliens and spider-bots), and the other 2 can be reached by jumping on the beams running up the walls.

Thank you both. They were hidden well. I thought those crates when I fist entered the room, but I didn't explore it further.
