I'm doing my second PDX runtrhough now and I want to get the Narc ending. I have found one of the ending trigger events (the mirror battle against your evil self). Can someone please let me know where the others are (but not WHAT they are, I still want some surprises). Thanks truly.

How specific do you want to know where?

Here are the maps they are in:
One is in Phas' apartment building.
One is downtown (pre DXI only, I think)
One is in DXI
One is in the corporate district.

to avoid another topic, how do I trigger the ending if I have 3 or more flags triped? Automatic?

Talk to Narcissus, you'll have a longer conversation. After that you will find a new goal. You are not forced into the Narcissus ending, the others that would be available are still available.

and the denouments assume you followed the path of the side you choose in the beginning, so no going Ryan.

Actually it may be possible to go with Ryan if you don't trigger final part of the Narcissus endgame until you've already blown up the LEETs. But I haven't checked
