Deus Ex paranoia?

Paranoid? Um i'll try not to give too much away.I've just had an extended conversation with N and was told to watch for something that now i'll be able to see.I'm on level 1 and there's a door with 'do not place here' on it.Is this one of the aforementioned or a *real* glitch?

Thanks should have realized but it's the first time i've had all flags and the first time on the station with New Vision installed.So i thought there might have been a graphical hiccup.
Edit:I have just finished another...er interesting conversation. Worth the trouble of finding the flags and also, you're welcome Trestkon ;)
