upload on Imagashack, and copypaste link there.
So, your problem: u can try scaled your model in 3ds max. But i recomended u to make your model more lowpoly.

What you provably need is this: http://www.planetdeusex.com/tack/unr2de/unr2de.html should solve your problem. There is a plugin for milkshape that lets you directly export to Deus EX 3D mesh format, but I don't remember what the link to the file is.

Already imported whit both of them (ms2de and url2de) and can't see any improvement.
I dont have 3dsmax anymore and it is too hard to learn whithout the specific tutorials on what i want to do.

Here are the links to the images:

They dont look that bad here but when they play animations they look like garbage.

Today removed the number of faces of the mesh to about more than a half of what it had.
Reducing the number of polygons of the model only makes it worst.

If anybody knows how to conver unreal 3d to deus ex 3d whit Hexy's Mesh converter, please expain how to.

More frustration and time wasted. :x :x :x :x I'm about to give up on making custom models. :( :( :(

btw. I fucking hate smilies

Finally learned to import with Hexy's tool. This is the best option for those who don't know how to use 3dsmax.
It doesn't ruins the model but animations are not 100% perfect. It's ok. for me.
Thanks for the help anyway.
