How did they react to licensing? I eyed with that page too but they have a clear stance towards open-source. Now neither TNM nor my project would be open source but I'm unsure where they make the difference. After all if used in something like TNM everybody can copy the textures out of the archive files.

Awesome, that website has a "shops" section under the buildings category, and the mall looks spectacular right now.
