Kelkos ain't got nothing on Dev_Anj. He's acting relatively innocent on OTP, but elsewhere his obsessive stalker crusade is incessant.
I can deal with Kelkos' shit, heck sometimes it even makes me laugh. It's totally disruptive but it comes across as just a stupid kid being a stupid disruptive kid, or something. Dev_Anj is malicious, calculated, and incessant (I'm talking one year of putting up with his shit despite repeated requests to leave me the hell alone).

Both Kelkos and SkrillaX use IPs from the same area in Pakistan. Doesn't rule out him being Russian of course, but Pakistani would be a safer guess.

So does that mean using a VPN to access the forum is against rules? I thought that only applied if you were trying to evade bans by making multiple accounts that appear to have different IP addresses.

But that's exactly what SkrillaX/Kelkos did, so what's the point in asking that?

No idea how, but there were times when I got Pakistani (and even Turkish) IP addresses from T-Com (Deutsche Telekom), so this might be a mistake. Who knows, He might be using VPN (as Jaedar guessed it). That can be a possibility too.

Bird, I forgot to test your installer. Did anyone else get around to it? Do you still need it tested and if so I'll do that now.

This installer installs some of the localisation files. Since it uses a different screen to choose what to install from, installation path cannot be changed at the moment. Either I can try hack in an installpath to this FeatureTree screen, or omit this FeatureTree one.

I made some improvements as I wrote above, I would need someone to proofread these installer strings (my French, German and Russian Language knowledge is sub-par):

First: I tried to register to this Board with 2 different .de Mailaddys - I get no activation Mail from the Board. Also no reply from the Admin of Offtopicproduction. This is really weird!
