Umm I guess it isn't a "gameplay mod", I think it's so far a small "fan missions and demo" :D

Anyone in contact with Daemonjax who does the Deus Ex Enhanced? It has been awhile since his last update, but his 2.1 version screens look amazing!

Some team (I don't know who) did try to develop a DEUS EX mod based off of Frank Herbert's DUNE, but the project seems to have long since died out, and the site doesn't exist anymore. It's reall shame, in my mind, because DEUS EX would have been the perfect template for DUNE's story. Think of it: you could stop Dr. Yueh from betraying House Atreides, or choose an ending where it doesn't involve widespread galactic slaughter. The Guild Navigators could act as a combination of Aea 51's Greys, and the AI constructs. I wish I knew why is disappeared.

Another mod concept I found cool was UNATCO Born. There's much potential in a mod like that. While continuing for UNATCO, one of the choices should involve you dating Anna Navarre or Shannon, and having fist fights with Gunther during job breaks. I would love to see the expertise and experience of The Nameless Mod team to finish projects like these off, though I bet the team has more important things to do lately.

Do the forum users here have more information regarding these mods, or of other mods that I'm not aware of?

Have not heard about the DUNE one but UNATCO Born had potential but seems to have died long ago (It had drivable vehicles). BTW, Brad, would you happen to know what the mod was I was asking about here: http://www.offtopicproductions.com/foru ... &start=225 was? (one that says Mission 49 and 50) on my long post with the quotes? Never could figure out what it was.

Aren't there blueprints available online for the ill-fated UNATCO Born project, or do they remain with the burdened modder behind it? Such a mod could use TNM's touch.

UNATCO Born was under the direction of Akerfeldt and fender2k1, if I recall correctly. We were a partner mod ("we" being the Man in Black team).

As far as I know, those two guys still have all the materials and development docs. I haven't heard anything about any public release of any design materials. Would still love to see the mod get off the ground some day, but it's probably wishful thinking at this point.

We must send Icarus to take access of all those two guys' systems!

But anyway....

Remember when I claimed the existence of a DUNE mod for DX1? Well, here are the the only two links I can find in reference to it. At least I suspect that The Landsraad's site gallery comes from the mod, though I'm uncertain. Deus Ex Machina's site has the only news bit about the mod which exists now. The original website, sadly, is no archived.

Thats a good link, petty none of the links work. I sort of remember those mods: Star Wars Deus Ex and Vampire mod. BTW, what is Illuminati 2072? Heard of it, but can't find much info on it.

Because nobody has suggested it.
