However, I'm on dialup and multiplayer is not an option for me. I will have to check it out when single player becomes available.

Nope, those icons are custom. I included the ammo icons in the .rar however.

DXMMAI stands for "Deus Ex Multiplayer Maps and Mods Installer". It's a massive .exe that contains loads of custom multiplayer maps and mods.
