Also, how are you launching the mod now? You should use one of the Revision shortcuts to launch. You can now use any of the .exes' directly since that won't tell the game it should use our .ini files to load Revision content. You don't have to replace any content. The installer will install Revision into a separate directory, the only thing that will get overwritten would be any renderers you choose. However that shouldn't really be a problem.

You are having issues getting HDTP to work? Make sure it's installed correctly and then copy over the HDTP paths from HDTP.ini to Revision.ini that's in DeusEx\Revision\System.
I use Kentie's exe launcher. Also i tried it today, it crashes after starting a new game and the log doesn't even generate. Only thing i dug up is this:

Alright, so you selected Kentie's in the installer and you are launching with the Revision shortcut, and it keeps crashing whenever you press "New Game". Correct?

No, i installed Kentie on my own and i am launching through Kentie. I am loading all mods through Kentie in this order:

1. Shifter
2. Revision system
3. Revision shifter
4. HDTP system
4. Revision maps
5. Revision sounds
6. Revision textures
7. New Vision Textures
8. New vision maps
9. HDTP Textures

Try reversing the order of Revision shifter and Revision system, since that is the correct order of things.

What about uninstalling Revision, and getting vanilla to work perfectly with New Vision and Shifter. Also copy over the paths from HDTP.ini to DeusEx.ini and set it up so it work perfectly. If Shifter is running you should see "Shifter" under the main menu.

When you got everything setup using the vanilla shortcut, then install Revision with Kentie's option and the Shifter compatibility option.
