Sound bug

I am currently running no mods, but ever couple of minutes the sound effects and voices cut out. Does anyone have a clue as to what might be causing it?
Hmm, I really wish I had a signature...

Any clue as to how to fix it? I didn't start to have problems until I got to Hong Kong

ADI SoundMAX Audio Driver for Microsoft Windows 2000/XP

Just the default Integrated audio on my laptop. Attached to that I have a pair of Koss headphones but those shouldn't matter.
