Cybernetic pig wrote:New Vegas is a fantastic game, best this gen imo. Be sure to get the gun runners DLC for your next playthrough it is super cheap. You get like 40 new guns, 40 new melee weapons + some more weapons mods. Best DLC ever.

I already have Gun Runner's. I have Ultimate Edition. The Medicine Stick is my primary weapon.

Anyway, gonna play some Fallout 3 now. Time to relax with a game that's only fun when you get a shit ton of mods, and when you get a shit ton of mods, it is really fun.

Yeah, it's better with mods, the one that gets rid of a crapton of bugs, and the one that increases difficulty are two of my favorites.

Skyrim: Yesterday I completed the quest where "Dawnbreaker" <3 is the reward. I'm currently doing a weird one where a little psycho-analysis is required.

Yeah, Fallout 3 is a lot more fun when not wearing Power Armor actually makes you feel weak.

I've been playing Borderlands this weekend. It's free on Steam for the next 11 hours guys. ;)
I'm considering buying it (£4.99 I think it is at the moment) because it's actually a lot of fun. I may also pre-order Borderlands 2 because of it.

boarderlands is best with mates and beers (LAN style), its ok single player but much better co-op. If you like you can change an ini file to remove the cell shading effect. personally i don't bother but ti does change the look of the game quite a lot.

Skyrim updated to 1.7. I suppose a gazillion mods just stopped working as my UI one has. Those clever dudes who do the Script Extender must dread days like these.

Edit: Wow, they are clever, they already had a beta done that's compatible the Skyrim update. Bethesda wouldn't have released a little info to them would they? That would've been cool of them if they did.

Orcs must die 2. Feels more like an expansion than a new game. It's priced like one too, so I don't mind that much, but a bit disappointed.

Co-Op is far more fun.
How do you turn off the Cell Shading effect? I'm not a huge fan of it and would be interested to see how it looks without it.

Completed Mass Effect 2; My Renegade FemShep playthrough. Completed a majority of the missions (DLC's included) and worked out how to finish the game with as few characters/squadmates alive as possible. Only Kasumi and Morinth survived the suicide mission. I was indending it that way from the beginning.
- Sold Legion to Cerberus (even though I loved the character, I am playing all the choice as opposite to my other ME playthrough)
- Jack, Tali and Thane died because I didn't upgrade the ship.
- Jacob died because he's a crappy tech specialist and was hit in the face with a rocket.
- The Crew died because I took too long (intentional) and Dr Chakwas died because I didn't provide an escort.
- Garrus died in a seeker swarm because Miranda is a crappy biotic specialist.
- Grunt died because he was a bad Fire Team two Leader.
- Mordin died trying to Hold the Line with Morinth and Kasumi.
- Miranda and Zaeed died at the final boss because neither were loyal. (I screwed up Zaeed's loyalty mission by trying to save the hostages and then not having enough charm so early in the game to convince him otherwise. And I sided with Jack in the Jack-Miranda conflict, choosing not to make Miranda loyal.)

I'm happy with that because Kasumi only appears once or twice in ME3 and Morinth doesn't appear at all.

I'm also going to kill off Kaiden as soon as possible (even though he was my love interest in the first game and no one would have sex with me in the second. This is my evil bitch play through anyway.

Holy crap nerdenstein! :P

That was one thing in ME 3 that disappointed me: There was no payback/revenge by anyone for betraying Samara.

Apparently, the only time you 'see' Morinth is during the Earth battle. She appears as a Banshee. That's it.
Couldn't get the voice actor back or something I think. I don't like Morinth anyway, so it is pointless saving her instead of Samara.

So... uh... yeah...

Has anyone else ever started up a new character in New Vegas with Project Nevada installed, gotten to level 2, and ran through the shortcut to Vegas populated by Cazadores and Deathclaws, pursued by three young Deathclaws, and then encountered a Veteran Ranger who proceeded to kill said Deathclaws, only to be killed by three Powder Gangers soon after, which resulted in you getting Ranger Veteran armor and the Ranger Sequoia at level 2?

Finally, something I dislike more than the Cazadores in F:NV; the ferkin' Ice Wraiths in Skyrim. One I can handle with a bit of luck, two though means death.

I finished The Courier Who Broke The Bank.

I don't recommend going for that achievement unless you enjoy playing lots and lots of Blackjack in the Ultra-Luxe.

Blackjack is fun :) You are better off going for a high payout on the roulette wheel though. Wait why only the Ultra-Luxe?

Hahaha! If you have a decent "Luck" rating you can win enough on the poker/slot machines, as I did to get that achievement. :D
