I think that way about Paul Newman... he was perfect... not so much now that he's since passed on! But in the film Hud... DAMN! Image

Girls, this is a forum for nerds, and as such, I would appreciate it if you'd restrict your public salivation to more intellectual types. You're hurting people's self-esteem ;)

I suggest Johnny Depp.

I have a man crush on Christian Bale (perhaps a little less after the whole agro thing on the set of Salvation) but women don't seem to like him.

Ok, I want to add more to this post but I can't think of anything else to say apart from that.

Okay stop this at once before the thread descends into typical locker room conversation.

But holy shit though, Kate Beckinsale. Good choice!

I just watched Avatar(yes I know I'm late, and I wish I'd been later). It was good. It was also rather scientifically accurate(as far as I could tell) which I personally appreciate. Very enjoyable CGI, just wish they wouldn't mess it up so much with real humans :)

It's that time again. All I have left is one Beany and Cecil VHS tape, so I'm clearing out more old technology. This time, 8MM Metal tapes, Video 8. The first step is to clear out all the factory-made tapes. Here's a list of movies I'm going to be getting and maybe watching, or have seen and forgotten. See if it triggers any memories, or any warnings against watching them.

Heat 1995, Mother 1996 (can't find this), Witness 1958 (your beloved Harrison Ford), Bingo 1991, Beautician and the Beast 1997, Fried Green Tomatoes, The Bodyguard 1992, The Evil that Men Do 1984, Watership Down 1978, two He-Man episodes, The Never Ending Story 1984, The Trouble with Angels 1966, Used People 1992 (can't find it), Naked Gun 2.5 1991, Home Alone 1990, Groundhog Day 1993, The Man Without A Face 1993 (Mel Gibson for the girls in the thread), The Doctor 1991, For The Boys 1991, Green Card 1990, and The Wizard 1989...Funny, Sleepless in Seattle was there again; if the character roles were reversed, Tom Hanks' would definitely be going to prison.

Watched Mesmer. Great for Alan Rickman, dull movie. Watched Room with a View. Excellent movie, but slower than waiting for grass to grow on drying cement. Watched When We Were Kings, and I'm not a boxing fan, but it was interesting, and I watched it while making Salisbury steak on a Foreman grill.
