Happy birthday Chris, as a celebration of your signature postings I would like to make this a very long post, however I don't think I could make it as relevant or interesting. So instead I'll just leave it at happy birthday.

Happy Birthday!

Re: Happy birthday to Chris the Cynic
Thanks.
There has been no celebration of any kind yet (so if you're in the vicinity of southern Maine*, you still have time to show up) but one present did arrive early.
It's something I designed myself, but it was built in (I think) the Netherlands (with additional parts from California and somewhere else.) Basically I've opened a puzzle shop but because non-mass produced puzzles tend to cost around ten times as much as mass produced ones, I can't afford to buy my own products. (Which is why there are currently only a couple of things in it, I can't afford to make prototypes.) So for my birthday I asked for one of my puzzles. This arrived a few days ago (stickers and springs a few days before that). (Additional video for the hell of it.)
So that's my birthday so far. I'm happy with the puzzle.

Holy christ that looks like a nightmare. Mind you, I used to solve rubik's cubes by smashing them apart and reassembling them, so I'm probably not the target audience.
I digress.
Happy birthday, CtC!

Happy birthday! Hope you had a smashing day!
Re: Happy birthday to Chris the Cynic
Whoa That's pretty awesome. I doesn't come with instructions on how to solve it by chance does it? I'd love one but I'm hopeless at solving them, I just like making the patterns.chris the cynic wrote:It's something I designed myself...
Anyway, sounds like you'll have fun with it. Enjoy
