I don't think there'd be many here who don't know who Harvey Smith is. :)

Deus Ex, plus Thief, plus Hitman, supernatural themes, and a Steampunk city....take my money, take it now.

Mmm, Cyberpunk is good, but personaly for supernatural themes... Steampunk's not a bad choice imo.

Game has leaning.

Not gonna lie, it's the little details like that which make me excited.

Oh and I am also very excited that it's by the guys who made Dark Messiah.

I've been wondering when we'd get more news about this game. :D

Why a mention of LGS and yet no SS2. It has to be up their with DX as one of the best games.

OMFG A GAME WITH LEANING

Now I can only hope it doesnt end up being a half-assed console port which is dumbed down for 12 year olds

LOL I rant on about SS2 all the time! Indeed- SS2, DX, Arx fatalis and Fallout: New Vegas are the greatest games ever made!
Many come close though, but definately not crap like mass effect! That game should just be a movie instead, because its graphics and story are its only good points.

I enjoyed New Vegas, but I wouldn't really call it top 5 material. Although, with the right mods, it comes damn close. Skyrim is also damn close when you are like me and have over 300 mods installed.

And Mass Effect 1 wasn't TOO bad, but they really started going downhill when they broke Garrus' character in the second one

Really looking forward to this... Though I've never been into assassination games like Assassin's Creed or Hitman or stealth games like Thief (I'm sorry guys) this game looks incredibly awesome.

@ Gamer

Y U NO PLAY HITMAN!
Hitman Blood Money is probably the best game I have ever played in terms of pure thrill and challenge.

If this game is anything like that, I'm up for it.

I actually bought a Hitman pack some time ago, installed Blood Money, and I kind of liked it but, I dunno, it felt a bit too constrained. Too scripted, despite its freedom.
I also shouldn't have started at the highest difficulty :P

Should try it again some time. But that's true for many games (among others the Witcher). And I have yet to play many games I bought but didn't play at all yet.

As a veteran of the series, the highest difficulty level is the appropriate place to play to get the most out of the gameplay. You do need to be wired for it and it was frustratingly difficult at points, but my experience was much, much better this way.

As a newbie to the series...yeah, probably go with something where you can save during the missions.
