I actually enjoyed that bit. :lol:
It's apparently possible to save all the buildings in the valley too. I'm just not quick enough to accomplish it. But I occasionally go back and replay that final battle, just to give it a shot.
Episode 2 has some great battle set pieces. Similarly, I really enjoy the battle in the Antlion caves. When Alyx is unconscious and Gordon, those two rebel chaps and the vortigaunts fight the antlion swarms protecting her. It's great!
The real trouble with reality is that there's no background music.
