Hmm, that's quite an ingenious business model. Make people buy radish kitchens, then when the kitchen rots, you have to buy a new one ensuring continued business.

I think if you keep a layer of compost at the bottom of the units, then keep it well watered, all you would have to do is trim off excess growth, self sustaining kitchen units! However, they would rot eventually and as you said, more business for them, plus you can compost your old rotting kitchen and be environmentally friendly in the process!
