mobile refrigeration options

Greetings friends
My friend and I bought a van and wish to start a salad business with it. Basically we would prepare the salads at the kitchen, package them, and then transport them with our van to the location. We would sell these salads straight for the fridge for about 3 hours or so. The fridge would need to run probably 4 hours per day, since we would need to run it before we set off with our van.
What are our cooling options? We had a 10 year old fridge that we planned to run off a generator, but we found out today that the motor is dead and need to look into other options.
What about custom cooling solutions? Like dry-ice separated from the contents by a conducting plate? And then we add our own fans to it? Could you use a water cooling thing? what about a similar system to how cooling works for CPUs now? dissipate heat though copper pipes combined with fans?
what about liquid nitrogen? lol
the temperature needs to be under 5 degrees constantly.
Thanks for your help. We can spend at most 4k for both the refrigeration and the power supply needed. Ideally a deep cycle battery, since a generator's are loud and expensive.
