I'v been trying to make some character models but when i import them some parts gets deformed especially the fingers and the face and they look even worst while playing animations. my Weapon models dont have any problem. why is this happening?
The HDTP Gunter looks great and is more detailed than what i'm tryng to do. My mesh have some 2500 polygons and Gunter is more than 5000.
Is there any specisfications to follow when working whit higer poly models?
Any tutorials?

Re: How to make an HDTP style character
Check out the DXEditing forum here. I'd have no idea how to fix that, but it'll probably have been discussed before.

I didn't found anything about this problem.

Chances are you have some unwelded polys in there, which due to the way the unreal engine handles mesh tweening, will wreak all manner of havok. Especially since you say face and hands, both of which are usually complex areas with a lot of connected polygons.
So that's something to check for. Also, what program are you building the meshes in, and how are you converting them?

I'm using Milkshape3d and a ms2de converter.
