Just to let you know - our exclusive interview with the deadpixelpost guys is now available to see on their website! We have also provided them with 3 exclusive images - 1 of the assault gun we recently uploaded to moddb.com and the other 2 … well, i’ll leave you to see those for yourselves - but let’s just say you won’t have seen them anywhere ever before.
Big thanks for Rowan off of DPP for kindly engaging us in conversation
Go see now! http://deadpixelpost.blogspot.com/]]>
In this mish mash post with twitter-esque style speed snippets, I’ll attempt to tie up some loose ends, point you in the direction of a future development, tell you our future development and finally, thanks kindly to Necromanthus, show you our HDTP interpretation of Nicolette DuClare in all her 3D glory -AND- all without double clicking that Deus Ex shortcut icon on your desktop. How good is that?
But first - here’s our new logo - thanks kindly to Cutting_Papers for this wonderful job! It wasn’t easy making a logo for a group that encompasses something as huge as Deus Ex without going down the good old cliché route. Logo also available in other monochrome variations.
We have just completed a really exciting interview with Rowan off of ‘deadpixelpost‘. It was our first interview in 5 years believe it or not so it was a really fun thing to participate in! Not all of our team could make the interview unfortunately but we hope we will have managed to have given you a real insight into our mod. I’ve also passed on two exclusive never been seen before screenshots that’ll appear on Rowan’s blog first. Stay tuned for this hitting the blog press in the next week or two!
Also, it’s a pleasure to announce (though some of you will undoubtedly already know this!), that the mod team behind HDTP is officially Emmersive Studios (it’s intentionally spelt that way before anyone asks). This will be our official team Moniker for the Deus Ex HDTP mod and beyond.
Finally - and without further a do - Bless you Necromanthus for all your 3D glory. Enjoy a comparative between old and new versions of Nicolette DuClare curtosy of the shockwave/flash 3D maestro himself. Our HDTP interpretation of the beautiful and mysterious lady - Nicolette.]]>
I want to thank everyone who very very kindly emailed me offering their logo design services. I really hated having to politely turn people down but we have finally found our artist!
Cutting_Papers is a professional graphic designer who offered his services for free. Check our forums to see his progress. I’m so thrilled because he is finally giving this mod the professional image and branded polish we’ve dreamed of for so long.
Check out his portfolio - http://cuttingpapers.blogspot.com
Once again thank you to all who applied - the community is always appreciated!]]>
As HDTP reaches the final stages we are looking for someone to help put together some artwork for us, namely branding (something which weve never really looked at until now). To be more specific we need 2 logos. One for HDTP and the second for our development team - emmersive studios.
You must have some experience with putting together branding and you must be willing to volunteer as always since were a non profit experience
If you could feel you could dedicate some time to help us polish up HDTP as a brand we’d be very very grateful.

Deus Ex will always live on somewhere - even if it’s fragmented on a rusty old disused drive somewhere. It will always live on.]]>
[This is written first thing in the morning while drinking my usual cup of earl gray. I’m not yet awake so forgive the somewhat poor grammar.]
No no no - not of the dual wheeled kind - no. I refer to processing power!
The in house coding genius, Akerfeldt, who has made character animation possible by means of coding up a wonderful automated tool, requires the community help!
This is a perfect opportunity to get involved with the HDTP project. Think of it being a bit like participating in the SETI project.
What do you need to do? Simply download the small application from the link below. It is a client that connects to Akerfeldt’s server and once connected utilises the unbridled power of your super PC to process the hours upon hours of animation required to soup up our characters!
Doesn’t the thought of getting Bob Page doing the llambada one day get you feeling fruity? ….
Ahem, anyways so yes - please download the client below and run it Keep your eyes peeled to the forum threa (also linked to below) to see the current status of the application and the animation process. If the client does’t appear to work it could be that all the animation for that session has been completed and the server closed until the next batch is readied up. Either way don’t panic and always refer to the forum in the first instance

Oh, and I haven’t forgotten about the media pack
Thanks guys - you’re amazing
While I’m preparing a media update for you guys (and may God bless you all - you’re all so patient!), someone at BAE Systems has obviously taken much inspiration from Deus Ex for their latest project:-
The Spider Bot
Please bear with us while we make some minor site adjustment - cheers!
