yea, planet scanning sucks. fortunately my mouse has this adjustable speed which makes scanning them super fast. I also turn the sound off when scanning because "probe launched", "launching probe" countless times just gets rather annoying after awhile

hey, some games play best with a controller, some games play best with keyboard and mouse.. consoles aren't inherently evil, in fact they are fairly high powered computer systems at what I'd consider a very nice price. now (excluding wii) the console game prices? that's where the evil comes in.

personally I spliced an xbox 1 controller to a USB cable and downloaded some home-made drivers from the net, but yep there's an xbox 360 controller for the PC too

indigo prophecy was actually a totally awesome game, even if it was more of an interactive movie than a game. you had to have a controller to play the game right on the PC. best played on a console really. does not work at all with a keyboard/mouse. controller is vital though.
