I got this but a quick reinstall fixed it.

When Trying to enter the LLama temple after going to talk to Dark Templar to gain acess to Goat City, The game crashes on loading the temple.

But Only if I talk to Abom, if I sneak round him, the game doesn't crash

After going to see Dark Templar in the voodoo shop, I came back to the Llama temple and when I talked to Abom, I selected the Don't tell him option. Then I try to enter the temple and the game crashes. If I do tell Abom, then enter the temple, it doesn't crash!

If you want to steal from his store, The Way to do it is to go up in the dumb waiter (behind the counter) and disable the box there, then go through the vents and hack the sercuity termanil and then select turn off case alarms.
