hmm, i tried phasrox, there doesnt seem to have the vortex grenade in the list, any other way i can spawn those awesome grenades?

What if i take the fake plans from abom, but then give the real plans to the goats ?

Could anyone tell me where i could find these two items?? yardbomb's items quest is taking too much of my inventory but i still can't find uranium anywhere... and about the vortex grenade, ever since i watched that video on mod.db i cant wait to use it ....
