I wasn't aware of project 2027. Seems like an interesting mod, and it's near completition... It's crazy how many DX mods have been released, or are near to a release, recently.

Rain effect and Deus Ex.

Is it possible to add the beautiful rain effect of TNM in the original Deus Ex ? And if it is , is anyone working on it ? I don't know, maybe it could be an optional component of the upcoming HDTP mod. It could definitely add a lot to the atmosphere.

I'm having the same problem, slicer is hostile. I haven't dealt with him or the prison ward area before, so it must be some kind of bug.

Is there a command that would change him back to friendly?

I've just installed TNM with the patch. Where do I extract the hotfix? The only DXOgg.dll I can find is in deus ex\system yet in download section it says :
download this ZIP file and overwrite DXOgg.dll in your TNM directory with the ZIP's contents.

You'll have to tweak the settings of ENB because the default are crappy for DX. The settings in the so called Ultimate HQ mod are decent , but some extra tweaking can make it look even better with the new vision.
