Wow, congrats, 8th best mod of the year is a fantastic achievement!

Have you had the opportunity to play the other top 10 mods; i.e. did they deserve to finish higher than you? I'm thinking they must have been really bloody excellent to beat you.

I haven't, actually. Research and Development has been installed and waiting for a while, so I plan to try that one out soon. And the Mech Warrior one looks quite awesome. From what I've seen, all the mods in the top 10 are quite deserving of it :)

From my playthroughs with the various mods:

mechwarrior is really quite cool but slightly incomplete in terms of polish (though one might argue the same about tnm ;) ).

R&D was a pretty fun puzzle game though I got bored of it fairly quickly since I'm not big on puzzle games.

Neotokyo seemed like a more interesting version of counterstrike from my brief foray.

Renegade seems to pretty faithfully replicate the original renegade though also seems a little incomplete (sadly I wasn't able to play an actual game of it since I have no one to play with).

third age was pretty epic in scale and quite fun to play but suffered from some very average ai and compensatory imbalanced computer players (at least it seemed that way to me). Again not at all dissimilar to tnm in that respect.

All in all the mods that beat tnm that I've played seemed reasonable choices though I thought a couple were perhaps a little incomplete and should have won moty 2010 instead.

Severs on DX? (Sweet we should make a map just like the parts in TNM with all the weapons)
Cut out the over kill ones (Such as Geps laws and lams) Why? They get abused to much)
(We could rent it out but it would be so cool seeing what are great maps would do for muilter player map

(Hints: Have 4-5 Mods let players vote on maps and put in a weapon shop)

(Or Just rent it out isn't it around 30 Buck per month for upkeep?)

TNM MP wouldn't work. Atleast, not the PHAT-Rifle and several other weaponry.
Can somebody tell me how I can get a custom avatar?
Oh wait, I already got one...

We plan on hosting a more modern game. Not sure what yet, but we should have access to it soon.

Sounds fair. I reserve the power of veto, though :p

I'd actually really love to play Battlefield 1942 again, but that's probably a little old for most people. The server host is here:

http://www.nfoservers.com/order.php

You can see the games they host in the Server Type menu. As far as I understand it so far, we can choose any game on the list.

Well off all the ones listed I only have UT2K4 and ET (which is free! So, yeah). So my preference goes to either 2, otherwise I have to... ehm... "buy" a game to shoot you guys...

I would like to see you try...

Or do you mean Jonas? Yeah, you might get him. He's been polluted by consolegames after all :D.
