Yes, found another example in the Versalife building. If you go around towards the data entry side, the pillars are still low-res.

There's a hotfix for a reason ;)

Doesn't solve the 2_NYC map textures.

And I have no idea how to "replace the low-res brick with high-res bricks" :(
(well, okay, I do... but it's so much work I don't really want to do, so I'll just live with it :P )
Can somebody tell me how I can get a custom avatar?
Oh wait, I already got one...

I haven't loaded up an old save of the Versalife building or the NSF Warehouse level to check, but something else I found that was odd:

I have no idea what I'm looking at dude. :?

Btw, Fixed low res chimney texture on the NYC Warehouse Roof. Just used the 'Select all Same Texture' tool and changing it.
One extra thing out the way. What's next?
The real trouble with reality is that there's no background music.

There's not really a need to 'fix' that, I can just do that texture when we release the map pack.

Yeah it was more of a WTF thing myself when I looked at it. It's a picture of one of the grates in the Paris club where you find Nicolette. For example, near the floor to the right of the guy that wants the 300 credits for admission. That was pretty much my reaction to that picture.

It's a mis-scaled texture:

Okay, so, it's a mis-assigned texture as it relates to the Paris nightclub map, since it really isn't supposed to be a small grate that you open and climb through into a ventilation pipe?

Not mis-assigned, no, it's from CoreTexMetal and it's supposed to be a square grate texture. But the drawscale must not have been set right so it shows up as very large.

Ah, I see. Especially since I unloaded NV and looked at it again, I understand what's going on now. Thanks!

Right, so that Paris picture is what it's supposed to look like and the picture you posted previously is from Versalife and it's scaled badly. I suspect that it's a fucking mover and I hate movers. :so:

@Dave: Easy fix. I'll get right on that one when I get home.

No need to fix that, I'll fix it in the texture files.
