It's my second playthrough, and I got back to the computers at DXO with the NRC chatroom on them. This time, the first time I logged on, I was booted without being able to watch the conversation, and according the legend without having the Narc_IRC flag set. I did that myself, afterwards, but is this a bug? Or is it intended for this flag to be unavailable on subsequent playthoughs?

It seems unlikely that you would be restricted to getting the Narcissus ending on your first playthrough.
