Aug cannister and upgrade in DX Editing on Day 2

Can the codes to access these be found in the game, or are you supposed to grind them out/multitool them?
It's been some time since I played but I think there's a keypad code in the room (first floor !?) that has some kind of signage. I can't recall if it's for that particular keypad or for one of the others in the mission though.
