Ok, so here's the story of that somewhat uncomfortable situation.
Jonas, being the genius he is, decided to walk right over the lethally armed A2. I promptly get a PM from Evil Invasion about blaming security bots for it to cover it up. Then A2 starts the conversation sequence again, a guard rushes in, walks around for a while, then sets off the alarm and takes aim at me.
Good job Jonas.

After completing the conversation with A2, the guard starts shooting at me. I smack him in the face with Dragon's Tooth, he dies. I promptly get a PM from King Kashue, and he tells me something about me being a "sick fuck" if thats the correct wording from what I recall, and kicking my ass personally. Sure enough he was waiting for me outside Jonas's office with Slicer and I was quickly taken down with a sword. Fun.
