No repair bot in WC?

Well, levels 2 and 3 aren't accessible after DXI anyway.

i think its when your ordered to kill phas, the guy standing outside asks for coffee, and if you give some to him, he will tell you that the financially desperate manager on the 2nd floor will give you higher clearance if you pay him. So, I went back into WC, and only bought the highest clearance, 6 something (2000 credits) and had complete access to floors 2 and 3. If you do this, you can get the EM Pistol, gain access to a medbot, and get a cloak/radar trans aug, among other things.

Its just after you have killed silver dragon and joined up to WC. As long as you go out the front door the guy should speak to you. If you go out the parking exit he won't speak to you (As he is at the door )

Even though this is the spoiler forum, there are different degrees of spoilers. I appreciate that people tag really severe spoilers as such, but it's kind of hard to judge how spoilery something is. One man's spoiler is another man's harmless info.

There's a semi-hidden repair bot in the cargo room in the hidden basement. It's between the two cargo elevators, against the wall, behind a bunch of crates (there's a path through to them).
