Where is Space Station's Intranet?

Title says it, where is this fancy computer in which lies Intranet for uploading schematics of Space Station? I've been running around the damn complex and haven't seen any comp which has that Intranet.

From the elevator go south, then immediately take either left or right stairs leading up. Then go all the way south until you reach Admin area. Office on the right has a bunch of working computers.

"Go south" doesn't make a lot of sense when the compass always points towards the elevator.

Floor 2 (with the docking bay). Go to the elevator, then into the admin module. Any online computer there will do the trick.
