The ai can be a little twitchy. A few options:
In order from most recommended, to least.

1: reload a save from before going through ZP's portal and see if he's allied then.
2: reload a save from before killing him and Summon zeropresence. This one should be your ally and tell you what the hostile one won't.
3:(not recommended to screw with flags too much) remove ZP_dead from the flags, and summon a new ZP. Hopefully that will set everything as it's needed, but the summoned ZP will most likely NOT do what he's there to do, so you will have to do it yourself, and then report back to him.

4: Ignore it, it's just a side mission.

Are you playing version 1.0.0 btw? Because I think this is fixed in 1.0.1.

Well if you upgraded in the middle of the playthrough, the levels you'd already visited wouldn't be affected, so I think you were effectively still using 1.0.0. Hopefully this is no longer a problem post-patch :)

I have a question on how this mission ends. I lured the Goat Priest out with the fire alarm and killed him, talked to ZP and got the skill points (200 & 300). The mission status on Goals reads "ZP says he will visit Scara as soon as possible. Hopefully he will keep that promise."

Then I went back to Scara expecting to get a reward, but Scara still gave the same barks like 'talk to Kylie because she'd know something'. Is this how the mission ends or is there more to it?

That's how it ends. Well you're supposed to get a quick convo with Scara (like 3 lines) but it looks like I forgot to ever set the flag that activates it. Oops. You can set it yourself if you want (it's QC_SUB_FindZP) but you won't really get anything, you got that from ZP already :)

Just wondering what you people did to trigger to fire alarm.
I just went up and blasted it with a flame thrower. :P
Maybe there's something more subtle you can do? Like smoke some cigarettes under it maybe.

Thanks, I'll try that.

I was actually wondering how you do it with fire. I "used" the smoke detector after unsuccessfully trying to trigger it with a molotov on the ground. It didn't occur to me that I had to torch the detector directly.

Two related questions:

a.) After doing this mission, I was in the downtown sector, and I noticed that i couldn't go into Sol's bar and there was no one around/I got no info (whereas when I played the first time on the PDX side, it told me that the bar had burnt down and there were people outside, etc) Why is there nothing about the bar burning down etc?

b.) So then, I went into Sol's freezer via the back entrance, and ghosted in to the (burnt out) bar. I saw Kylie and ZP in there. How would I get to this conversation?

Thanks :)

P.S. Also a small bug - when you bring unconscious Kevo to the wacked-out doctor, the Worldcorp thugs are hostile and start shooting me...

P.P.S. Another bug - When doing the Worldcorp mission in the OSC, after completing it, I went to the basement (where you normally do PDX's mission). I was able to get the fusion generator going and therefore got a goal and a PM from Evil Invasion, telling me to disable the 5 shadowcode servers... (The goal still hasn't gone away, and I'm in ABI now... haha)

Thank you, but please don't use this forum to report bugs, that's what the help and support forum (and particularly the patch thread) is for.

Sol's Bar is not burned down in the WorldCorp storyline - Scara bombs it in the PDX storyline out of spite because Trestkon joined PDX. In the WorldCorp storyline he has no reason to do this because he is on top of the situation.

I believe there should be an article on the bulletin computers explaining why Sol's is closed.

The thugs being hostile is an AI glitch, I did everything I can about that in 1.0.1. We've implemented a console command for turning hostile characters friendly for the next patch.

The fusion generator problem has already been reported and fixed as well.

I'm also having a problem with this quest.

I sided with the goats in the main storyline, so I have no trouble getting to the temple, but if I activate the alarm in any way (fire, touching it, using the electrical boxes on either side of the temple) every person on the map turns hostile towards me, except, ironically, OiNutter. He just runs around and into the garage and then ZeroPresence doesn't shoot him like he says he's going to.

Is this intended behavior or what?

From my experience, I think if they catch you in the act, the guys who see you turn hostile. When I sounded the alarm cloaked and ran away before OiNutter came out, the two guards stayed friendly. Unfortunately OiNutter's escort seems to be hostile by default, and if the other guards see you getting attacked by them, they turn hostile as well. I've never had every person on the map hostile through, it's usually just the guys around the temple.

I can confirm ZP not shooting his target right away. It could be related to whether ON walks into a snipe-able position (i.e. trigger area), which as far as I could tell is completely random. I got it only twice out of numerous tries, but ZP doesn't seem to mind if you do the job for him.

I'm fairly certain ZP shooting OiNutter is timed, so it shouldn't matter where he is at the moment.
