I've found the entrance to the non existent basement. Gone down there, released someone from prison, got some UC codes from a computer, uploaded them somewhere else... found ZP's office...

But no server room? Or am I missing something? I read somewhere that That Guy will contact you... he hasn't contacted me.

If you already talked to Raving Nutter you should have this map. I really don't see what's so hard about finding him there are like two separate main hallways which lead down that way.
