Wow how did I miss all of this?

I am in the final level of TNM, yet I feel rather awkward. I don't have even half of my aug slots filled; and when I would get augs many of them would be repeats. With no regeneration the game is incredibly painful as I am living pretty much medbot to medbot, and without targeting I go blind into every battle, not having a clue about my enemy's strengths or weaknesses.

Where the hell do I find more augs? Why are they so damn difficult to find in the first place? Where can I find regen and targeting?
