1) If you steal from the shop, you can pretty much get unlimited guns, and that needs a drawback.

2) Choice and consequence WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.
Am I missing something? I thought disabling security just makes the turrets not lower, you still have to use multitools on all the cases.
He never reacted to me grabbing misplaced LAWs and body armors through their cases 8)

Alright not unlimited weapons then, but just huge discounts since you can basically get any weapon for the price of a multitool :)

That's because it's an engine glitch, and there's sadly nothing I know that we can do to fix it. I looked at the items in question in the top-down view in the editor, and their radii stay nicely inside the cases :(

The body armors were improperly aligned, so they were physically sticking out the top of the case.

Uh, just to be clear I haven't played TNM yet since 1.02. :P The body armor thing was in 1.01.

It's also in 1.0.2

Lowest LAW on day 1.
A body armor on day 2 (it doesn't stick out anymore though, but it's still grabable).
Lowest LAW AND upper LAW on day 2.

Well, asfar as I can tell.
Can somebody tell me how I can get a custom avatar?
Oh wait, I already got one...

Scrap that, you can take all 3 LAW's out of their casing, without paying or multitooling (1.0.2)

Really helpful for me to take down those PDX milbots and firewalls in a single shot :P.

You know what? Fuck it. You can have those LAWs, with compliments from the shitty Unreal Engine physics system.

Although I definitely wouldn't mind it NOT being fixed, would it be a lot of work to enlargen the case?
Is it just a prop, placed in the world, or is each of them manually crafted from meshes, (I don't recall how to add glass again in UED) and manually set movers?

manually crafted from level geometry + movers: much harder to readjust than meshes.

I'd go for just altering the collision radii/heights of the LAWs, mesself....

Paul, I know you said no phone messages, but South Street's going up in smoke. We'll have to meet at the subway station.

But I fucking did! Have you looked at those bastards in the editor? They are well within the walls of the display case! They're already too small to encompass the actual LAW meshes ](*,)

Definitely more trouble than it's worth to edit.

And taking an other run I can tell these things can be savely taken from their "cabinet":
All 3 LAWS
Upper camo-armor
Upper ballistic armor (not on day 2 though, because it's gone)
Upper Assault Shotgun
